Fees, insurance, and superbills
At this time, I am only accepting self-pay clients. Payment is due at the time of service.
I am open to working with insurance; however, I am not in-network with any plans, and I cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you for services. Coverage, rates, and reimbursement decisions are made solely by your insurance provider.
I am able to provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that:
- Submitting the superbill is the client’s responsibility.
- Communicating with your insurance company about coverage, reimbursement, and claim status is also the client’s responsibility.
I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits, reimbursement rates, and any required documentation before beginning services.
Pricing for mental health
Psychiatric Evaluation
1 hour- $350
This first appointment is a comfortable, conversation‑based visit where you can share what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to change. Your clinician gets to know your story, your strengths, and your concerns, then works with you to create a treatment plan that feels realistic and supportive. It’s a gentle starting point designed to help you feel understood and confident about your next steps.
Medication Management Follow up
30 minute- $150
A follow‑up appointment is a relaxed check‑in to see how you’re feeling and how your medication is working for you. We’ll talk about any changes in mood, sleep, or daily life, review benefits or side effects, and decide together whether to continue your current plan or make adjustments. It’s a simple, supportive conversation focused on helping you feel your best.
Pricing for aesthetic injection
Indulge in a serene, spa‑like neuromodulator experience brought directly to your home anywhere in Clark County. We use Xeomin, a clean and highly purified neuromodulator that helps soften lines and restore a naturally refreshed appearance. Your visit is designed to feel peaceful and restorative—professional care delivered with the ease and comfort of a private spa moment.
Individual treatments are $12 per unit.
The number of units needed is determined through assessment and shared decision making in order to give you the result that you are looking for!
Group Rate
For group gatherings or shared self‑care experiences, we offer special bottle pricing:
- 50‑unit bottle — $550
- 100‑unit bottle — $1000
Bottles may be shared among any number of guests during a single event, creating a relaxing, communal spa atmosphere. Because neuromodulators cannot be stored for long once opened, any unused product is forfeited at the end of the appointment.
Billing Policies
No Show Policy- Psychiatric Services
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so as quickly as possible to open up your appointment slot for others who may need it. If you cancel with in 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged the fee. The first no show or late cancellation will result in a $75 fee. Any additional no show or late cancellation will be charged the full visit amount.
No Show Policy- Aesthetics
No shows are much more challenging with concierge service but also much more damaging as they have additional costs. Late cancellations, less than 24 hours before planned service, will result in a $75 fee. No shows that include provider coming to your home will incur additional fees as travel is time consuming and expensive. The fee for this will be $150.
How is payment processed?
When you create your profile within the patient portal, you will assign a credit/debit card. This card will be charged for services unless another card is requested. Payment is electronic only at this time.
